At ARCADE ESTIMATING LLC, we aim to maintain a clear and transparent payment structure to ensure a smooth working relationship with our clients. Please review the following payment terms carefully:

1. 1. Payment Structure:
      • 40% Advance Payment: This payment is required before any work begins. It covers the initial consultation, project assessment, and preparation to ensure timely delivery.
      • 60% Final Payment: The remaining balance is due within 1-2 days after the project is completed and delivered.
   2. Accepted Payment Methods:
      • We accept payments via:
        • Bank transfers
        • Credit/Debit cards
        • Online payment platforms (e.g. Stripe, Wise)
        • Any other method mutually agreed upon at the start of the project.
   3. Satisfaction and Refund Clause:
      • If the client is not completely satisfied with the final delivery, the Satisfaction Guarantee clause in our refund policy applies. Clients may request a 50% refund of the total project fee after a review of the situation.
   4. Additional Charges:
      • Any additional services requested outside of the original project scope will incur extra charges. These charges will be communicated in advance and must be approved by the client before proceeding.

At ARCADE ESTIMATING LLC, we are committed to providing accurate and timely construction estimation services. To ensure transparency and fairness, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Advance Payment (40%):

   • This payment is non-refundable as it covers the initial consultation, project assessment, and resource allocation required to begin work on your project.

2. Project Delivery and Final Payment (60%):

   • Once the estimation project is completed and delivered, the remaining 60% of the total fee is due.
   • If there are discrepancies or issues with the delivered work, clients must notify us within 7 business days. We will review the concerns and make necessary revisions at no additional cost, provided they fall within the original scope of work.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • If a client chooses to cancel the project after work has commenced, no refund will be issued for the 40% advance payment.
   • If the project is canceled before delivery, the 60% final payment will not be charged, but no refund of the advance will be made.

4. Total Dissatisfaction:

   • If the client is entirely unsatisfied with the final delivered product and the issues cannot be resolved through revisions, a refund of 50% of the total project cost (including the advance payment) will be issued. The client must submit this claim within 7 business days of project delivery.

5. Exceptions:

   • Refunds for the final payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the delivered estimation deviates significantly from the agreed-upon scope or quality standards.
